Job Title: Sales Associate (1099 Contractor)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Compensation: $16 per hour + Bonus on Every Sale After Monthly Target

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Associates in the Life Insurance Industry. This is a 1099 contractor position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for using our system to find and connect with potential clients, scheduling appointments for our team to present our products.

Responsibilities:

Utilize our system to identify and reach out to potential clients.
Connect with prospects and schedule appointments on our calendar.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly rate of $16.
Possible bonus on every sale after meeting the monthly sales threshold.
